Featuring an outstanding position on the hills of Altavilla Milicia (near Palermo), Villa San Lorenzo is a detached Villa located in a rural area that offers a terrace and a balcony on the Mediterranean sea. Ideal for nature lovers, walkers, bikers, history lovers and sea enthusiasts. Please note, the access to the first floor is served by a narrow spiral stairs and can be challenging for people with mobility restrictions, such as those who use wheelchairs or have difficulty climbing stairs.
With its bright interiors Villa San Lorenzo offers an all year-round summer atmosphere in a family friendly environment. The living area is spacious and airy and provides expansive views surroundings. The fitted kitchen has modern amenities and is bright and well light. There is a side door from the kitchen that allow you to step out into the garden and patio directly. The main villa boasts three bedrooms – two double bedrooms and a single bedroom with two single beds.
Villa San Lorenzo has a spacious garden and a large ground floor outdoor terrace There are a variety of seating options available in the garden along with private, secure parking. The beach is less than ten minutes by car.
The villa is located on the east coast of Palermo, 2km from the sea and beaches, 20Km from Palermo and 50Km from Cefalú, a renowned holiday destination in Sicily. The closest town is Altavilla Milicia, which has all the amenities you could need. In San Nicola l’Arena, a small fishing village nearby, you will find an excellent range of restaurants and bars. There is also a groceries shop/Convenience store within walking distance of the villa, which is open all year around to provide you with fresh fruit and local produce.
For a nature lover, biking lovers and walkers you could visit the Madonie Mountains. A history buff will be spoilt for choice in the streets of Palermo.
